Faye Hahn, 98, of Lake Placid, FL, formerly of Dixon, died Saturday, December 8, 2012, at her home. She was a seamstress at the Dixon State School prior to her retirement.

Faye was born March 11, 1914, in Grand Chain, IL, the daughter of Arch E. and Cora Mae (Peck) Miller. She married Clyde Thomas on March 11, 1933, in Bloomington. He preceded her in death on May 5, 1969. She married Howard Hahn on December 31, 1979, in Nachusa. He preceded her in death in July 16, 2005. Faye enjoyed working crossword puzzles and was an avid Chicago Cubs fan.

Survivors include two sons, Clyde Eugene (Valerie) Thomas of Downers Grove, Glen Edward (Dianne) Thomas of Okeechobee, FL; one daughter, Helen Hufford of Moore Haven, FL; 13 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren.

Faye was also preceded in death by her parents; 3 brothers; and 1 sister.

Visitation will be from 10 – 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 13, 2012, at Preston-Schilling Funeral Home, Dixon, followed by an 11:00 a.m. funeral service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Emmert Cemetery, Nachusa.
